True or False: 40 years old eagles must change to live 70 years?

I was fascinated by a power-point from the internet that talks about the need for change in all of us in order to live longer lives.
The eagle was chosen as an illustration.
But there was no foot-noting or scientific source quoted.
I needed to know whether the author was accurate in his facts, or was just using a folklore.
As I searched the internet, I found BLUENIGHT
who took pains to show how the eagle story is more myth than truth;
that it goes back all the way to St. Augustine who was expounding from Psalm 103:5, about renewal of youth like the eagle's.
